Bose approached us to assist with the launch of their latest product, the Bose Wave with DAB, targeting a specific audience demographic interested in a home trial experience. Our solution involved designing a personalised Direct Mail piece featuring a Personalised URL (PURL) for each recipient. This URL directed them to a customised microsite tailored to capture their interests and preferences.

The usage of the microsite was tracked using our advanced dialogue engine system, which generated email lead alerts for Bose’s sales team. Additionally, non-responders received automated follow-up emails containing their PURL to encourage engagement. Our team handled the design and development of the Direct Mail, email campaign, and microsite to ensure an encompassing all-round user experience.
